Our Technology

Our technology consists of a high-quality genome-scale human protein array containing functional receptor ectodomains. The design of each ectodomain is hand curated accounting for its structural architecture including type I and type II membrane proteins, homodimers, and heterodimers. Each protein is individually expressed, purified, quality checked, and normalised before orientated immobilisation leading to low false negatives.
